Pea and Ham soup

Approx 10 mins prep and 15 mins cooking time.


Pea and Ham Soup:

500g frozen petits pois,

400g ham sliced/chopped,

1 large red onion,

1 veg stock pot,

Fit Flavour garlic and herb,

Fit Flavour black pepper ....

Emma put all this in her soup maker.... Topped with ham to finish. 

Don't have a soup maker ? 


No problem, just use the same ingredients but follow the directions below.

  1. Heat a saucepan till warm, then add olive oil and onions. Cook the red onion until softened, but not coloured.

  2. Add stock pot, stir in.
  3. Tip in the frozen petty pois peas and bring back to the boil. Cook for a couple of mins.
  4. Add Fit Flavour seasonings. 
  5. Remove from the heat and blend until smooth. Blend until desired consistency.
  6. Stir in the diced ham and serve.
