Approx 10 mins prep and 15 mins cooking time.
Pea and Ham Soup:
500g frozen petits pois,
400g ham sliced/chopped,
1 large red onion,
1 veg stock pot,
Fit Flavour garlic and herb,
Fit Flavour black pepper ....
Emma put all this in her soup maker.... Topped with ham to finish.
Don't have a soup maker ?
No problem, just use the same ingredients but follow the directions below.
Heat a saucepan till warm, then add olive oil and onions. Cook the red onion until softened, but not coloured.
- Add stock pot, stir in.
- Tip in the frozen petty pois peas and bring back to the boil. Cook for a couple of mins.
- Add Fit Flavour seasonings.
- Remove from the heat and blend until smooth. Blend until desired consistency.
- Stir in the diced ham and serve.
